Panini Sandwich Recipe
Italian Panini
1 9" original crust
3 slices ham (1oz ea.) folded and placed on one half of the crust
3 slices of provolone cheese (.7 oz ea.) spread across the whole crust
3 slices of salami (.5 oz ea.) placed on top of the ham side of the crust
Bake flat in oven at about 450
After baking, cut crust into 4 equal pieces
Top meat side with lettuce, tomatos, onion and italian dressing
Fold Cheese half over on top of meat side of sandwich
Steak Panini
1 9" original crust
Spread thin coat of mayo across entire crust
6 oz of cooked steak and onions spread across the whole crust
3 slices of provolone cheese (.7 oz ea.) spread across the whole crust
Bake flat in oven 7-10 minutes at about 450
After baking, cut crust into 4 equal pieces
top meat side with lettuce, tomato
Fold cheese side onto meat side of sandwich
Steak can easily be substituted with Turkey, Roast Beef, Ham or Chicken.
Serve whole or in halves as a lunch special
